I'm not saying Mr. Hammer isn't a possible crazy person but how can you draw that conclusion from this 1:29 segment? He doesn't say anything that any other "mainstream" politician hasn't said.

I based that statement (obviously meant in jest) on what I've seen of his quixotic campaign(s) so far.

I think your second point may hint at something about the level of debate most "mainstream" politicians normally engage in.
