Cantankerous CD2 candidate John Frary has an ad running on Bangor-area cable. It's similar to this spot from his website, but cut slightly differently:

Why isn't anyone talking

Why isn't anyone talking about the fact that Mr. Frary isn't following the law and using the disclaimer "I am John Frary and I approve this message"? Does he not have to do this?
